• The aquarium at ARTIS Zoo is closed for refurbishment until further notice
• Clean air for all – ARTIS is a smoke-free park
• ARTIS grounds are for the most part, accessible to wheelchair, walker and mobility scooter users. Only the entrance to the Japanese Garden is less accessible to wheelchairs
• Assistance dogs are permitted, they need to be registered at the ticket office upon presentation of dog identification card showing that the dog has been trained.

• Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 48 hours before the experience

By car: There are many ways to reach your destination, including heading south on Jonas Daniël Meijerplein, continuing onto Weesperstraat, turning left onto Nieuwe Keizersgracht, then left onto Nieuwe Kerkstraat, turning left again onto Plantage Kerklaan, and making two right turns to reach the destination. GPS navigation is highly advised.

By public transportation: For the shortest walk, take tram 14 or bus N87 to the Artis/Holocaust Museum bus and tram stop, followed by a two-minute walk. 

By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a taxi or by using a ride-hailing app.
